| Dev links up with The Man Rukus! After a long day's work Rukus introduces Dev to a heavy spot for West Indian food. While they fill up their bellies Rukus agrees to give Dev an exclusive joint and host the mixtape. 'The Hungry City - Second to None Mixtape' is born!
