- He and his team are responsible for the 蜜芽传媒's thinking on the evolution of markets, audiences and technologies and help develop creative and practical ideas for how the 蜜芽传媒 and its services should respond to these changes.

Gautam began his career at the 蜜芽传媒 in 1993 as a producer for Radio 3, going on to make music programmes across radio and television before moving into policy and strategy development across the 蜜芽传媒.
