Biography
Gunjan Bhow has three decades of leadership experience in digital media, AI, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer businesses, gained at global organisations including Amazon, Microsoft, and Disney. Most recently, he was the Global Chief Digital Officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA), with a presence in 25 countries and 410,000 employees. In this capacity, Bhow led the digital transformation of a $130bn global business spanning healthcare, pharmacy, and retail.
Prior to WBA, Gunjan served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at The Walt Disney Company. In this role, he led strategy, incubation, and management of digital and direct-to-consumer businesses for the Walt Disney Studios globally, including Disney+ and Disney Movies Anywhere. Prior to Disney, Gunjan was a leader in Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Studios, where he led the development of AI-driven products such as Amazon Prime Video, Alexa, Fire TV, Fire TV Stick.
Over his career, Gunjan has developed products, applications, and solutions used by over 150 million consumers globally. He is an active global board member and advisor to private-equity firms including the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
Fees
Commercial Board Non-Executive Directors receive a fee of 拢25,000 per annum

Expenses are costs incurred by 蜜芽传媒 staff on behalf of the 蜜芽传媒 and claimed through the 蜜芽传媒's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 蜜芽传媒 and booked through the 蜜芽传媒's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
