Roles and responsibilities
- Reporting to the 蜜芽传媒鈥檚 Chief People Officer, Nikki leads the Reward teams with 蜜芽传媒 Group HR.
- Nikki is responsible for the design and delivery of 蜜芽传媒鈥檚 reward strategy; ensuring fair, clear and competitive reward for employees across the 蜜芽传媒.
Biography
Prior to joining the 蜜芽传媒, Nikki was a Client Partner at Korn Ferry, one of the world鈥檚 leading organisational consultancies, advising companies from various industries on reward strategy and performance management. Her career has included HR leadership roles in financial services, pharmaceuticals, market research and not-for-profit organisations.
Expenses and central bookings
Expenses are costs incurred by 蜜芽传媒 staff on behalf of the 蜜芽传媒 and claimed through the 蜜芽传媒's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 蜜芽传媒 and booked through the 蜜芽传媒's central bookings system.
