Roles and responsibilities
- Peter provides legal advice to the 蜜芽传媒 on major legal and regulatory matters and has specific management responsibility in respect of the Commercial legal, Fair Trading and Competition and Technology legal teams.
- He also assists the General Counsel to help ensure that appropriate legal support is available to the organisation and to oversee the efficient management of the 蜜芽传媒鈥檚 Legal department.
Biography
Peter is Director of Corporate Legal with responsibility for the commercial, property, engineering and competition and regulatory legal teams.
Peter joined the 蜜芽传媒 in 2001 as its Senior Corporate Lawyer and prior to that was a partner in national law firm Pinsents, where he specialised in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and listed company advice
