It's week three and the candidates must invent and market a new piece of gym equipment. Debra heads up team Ignite, but they struggle to come up with any ideas. Philip wants to make a square ball and in James' team, Ben wants to go down the 'sex sells' route. The candidates have to step up their game to win orders from the industry experts. James and his team lose their way with the 'ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Multi Tone' and face Sir Alan in the boardroom. Maj is the third candidate to be fired.
