On Friday 12th June 2009, the day ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ WM announced that you have helped raise more than £1 million towards the appeal, James spoke to Phil Upton @ Breakfast.

Phil managed to get James to cough up by telling him that his co-stars Duncan and Theo had both been on the show and both had contributed to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ WM's Kidney Kids Appeal.

Campbell Morgan's 'Super Kidney'

Phil explained that the dragons had been so impressed by two paintings drawn by nine year old renal patient Campbell Morgan, that the stars decided to part with their cash.

Giving that little bit extra

James then responded by saying that he would also love to get take part. He said he would donate the money on condition that Campbell Morgan would add a border around his picture.

"I would be delighted," he said. "I would like nothing more than to get a picture too. If you could get Campbell to put a border around my picture- I would like to make mine £1,100 pounds, not that we are competitive in the den, so when I am back in the den I can mention to Duncan and Theo that I did actually donate more than they did."
