A canal cruise for Kidney Kids

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ WM's Siôr Coleman hosted a cruise around Birmingham's canal system in aid of the Kidney Kids Appeal on Thursday 9th July 2009. See the photos.

The evening began at the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Open Space in The Mailbox, with live music provided by Boyce and Sranley and a blessing from Bishop Andrew, the Bishop of Aston.

The cruisers then set off in in a narrow boat for a tour of Birmingham's industrial heritage before going out to scenic Edgbaston.

Siôr's show on Sundays features inspiring music - so he played a number of requested items and also introduced Lisa who sang live at the Vale in Edgbaston where the boat moored for a short break.

Don't forget to listen to Siôr's show - Sunday mornings from 6am on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ WM 95.6FM
