Christmas carolling dogs

A carol service in the Black Country went to the dogs - literally! It was held specially for our four legged friends at Sedgley Community Church.

Now dogs may not be for Christmas, but they do apparently like Christmas carols!

So a Christmas carol service especially for dogs was held at Sedgley Community Church in the Black Country, on Monday night (8th December).

Around 30 dogs and their owners attended the service to get them into the festive spirit.

One dog owner Margaret, with her dog Benson, said she thinks it's good for the dogs: "He's got two friends and when they get together they have a good howl."

Some of the dogs even went dressed as Santa.

And what was the favourite carol of the night? It just had to be 'Bark the Herald Angle Sing".

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ WM's Chris Blakemore went along to the service.
