Carrie is watching Star Trek, having a sleep then watching the final of Hell's Kitchen
Dom is doing the lunchtime edition of Newbeat at 12:45, he'll then meet the team to rehearse tracks for Radio 1's Big Weekend - he's then going to cook a Shepherds Pie.
Aled is hoping to go to the Star Trek screening (even though he's already seen it), he's then working on the next secret project for the show, tonight he's going to see a Wolverine screening.
