Following your up-shares/down-shares method of filling in 30 seconds of time, you could perhaps introduce Peter Hunt with a suitable musical opening as carried out with up-shares/down-shares. Could I suggest as a loyal listener (suffering) that you waste 30 seconds on "Gimme Gimme Gimme Saddam after midnight" or "Stand by Saddam". There are various offerings;if you need bagpipes, let me know as I can cut a deal with the Dubai police.
