Jennifer Farquharson in Moray sent this yesterday at around 1430: "Our traffic is moving, people are working - mainly farmers of course - and although it's white, there is no 'snow-panic'. I attach a picture taken from my window about 20 minutes ago. The wall in the foreground is the edge of my terrace and is 3' high and the snow is about to top it."
