They are: spotting frogspawn, the seven-spotted ladybird, the red-tailed bumblebee, the peacock butterfly, flowering hawthorn and swifts. You can record your sighting via the web, by text message or by post using one of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Springwatch postcards.
