Thanks for the photo of my poor feet in this picture but the pain I was in, was nothing compared to the pain our brave service men have gone through and are still going through to serve and protect us in Afghanistan and Iraq, So it was a please even though a very sore one that I was allowed to take part in this year’s Pathfinder walk which I completed in aid of Help for Heroes. I am an ex serviceman from the 1st Battalion The Black Watch (RHR). Who are at present on a tour of duty in Afghanistan? I am the Store Manager of Costa Coffee in Huntingdon and thanks to all my fantastic customers who have generously sponsored and supported me in this walk I have raised £775 for Help for Heroes. This will not be last I do for this charity As I am trying to arrange a Paratrope jump and an Airsoft Day to raise more funds, and of course I will be dong the walk again next Year. And of course I have Help for Heroes wrist bands on sale at £2 each with all funds going to the charity, this is cheaper than buying from the website as you don’t have postage and packing to pay for.
