Top Tips for starting your day in a positive way

Tip Number One

🥶 Take a cold shower! It might be a little shocking, both to think of and even physically! But if that sounds a bit scary, you could give yourself a quick zap of cold water before you're ready to get out. It should help you feel a little more energised and ready to take on the day!

Tip Number Two

📱 Don't touch your phone for at least the first 15 minutes of your day. Those notifications can wait! By starting your day distraction-free, you may avoid anything that might trigger you or make you feel anxious. This is the perfect time to hop in that cold shower!

Tip Number Three

💪🧠ÌýExercise! Joe really believes in the power of exercise for helping to improve your mental wellbeing. This could be anything from stretching in the morning, to a leisurely walk, a quick run or hopping on your bicycle. Whatever exercise it may be, just move your body to start your day!
