 | | It is directed by Sean Holmes who received critical acclaim for his production of The Roman Actor in Gregory Doran's Olivier Award winning 2002/3 season of Jacobean and Elizabethan plays.
Influenced by the Film Noir genre, the production is set in mid 20th century Vienna, in a vice-ridden world where society is in turmoil and when it comes to survival, anything goes.
Sean Holmes' career
Sean Holmes' career with the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) began as an Assistant Director.
He has since directed some highly acclaimed productions, including Arthur Miller's The Price for the Tricycle (with Warren Mitchell) and The Contractor for Oxford Touring Company.
