THRONE TO A LOSS
By Richard Manning
Directed by: Pino Amenta

REVIEW
That indefinable something is back Farscape is now officially a cult series because it's being shown out of sequence. This is really episode 5 and perhaps you could tell from how much Crichton has learned since the premiere. The official episode 2 airs in a fortnight's time, so we're not going to miss anything, but it's hard to fathom why the sequence can go wrong so quickly.

Or perhaps it isn't. Maybe the idea is to nip past a few opening episodes and get us to ones that have settled down. That might be the case because Throne for a Loss was good.

The opening raid was unexpected, the sets of the prison were exceptional and Rygel was far more of a character here than he was in premiere. Perhaps Crichton could ease up on the 20th century pop culture references ("Wile E Coyote would come up with a better plan than that") though.

back to ploton to did you notice?
