Pop band Scooch have been reflecting on their failure at this year's Eurovision Song Contest. The group were left red-faced after their camp entry 'Flying the Flag' finished second bottom after only receiving votes from Malta and Ireland. Some critics said their performance was out of tune and badly choreographed but supporters say they suffered from poor sound quality and political voting.

However the weekend finished on a high note when the track entered the UK Singles Chart at number five. And the band told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Derby's Shane O'Connor they have no regrets about taking part in the event. Natalie Powers said: "I wasn't going to let the voting spoil anything. I had a great time out there and I'd do it all again. "I still feel we did a great performance and it was nice to come back and still have the support and a top five single."
