As part of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s RaW campaign, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ presenters in the South West have become storytellers. They have told the story of Max and Lara and their adventures in space. The characters have been introduced to help parents and children enjoy bedtime reading together. Max and Lara are two young space travellers who meet strange and funny friends during their adventure.

The book, available free to parents, is more than just a reading experience. There are games to play, activities to take part in and stickers to collect.Ìý RaW is the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s biggest ever campaign. It aims to help adults across the UK improve their reading and writing. RaW is for everyone (did you know there are 12 million adults in the UK who struggle with reading and writing)? However, there is a special focus on families.
