The Artemis Transat race was started in Plymouth at 1400 BST on Sunday 11 May, 2008 and ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Devon was there.

Watch as the world's top yachtsmen set off on the 2,800-mile single-handed race across the Atlantic from Plymouth, UK to Boston, USA.

Our cameras covered the start of the race and Spotlight's Andy Breare and Natalie Cornah - with the help of former Spotlight producer Tony Byers - provided an informed commentary.Ìý

The webcast also features some of the pre-race build-up as the fleet gathered ahead of the start..
