Two parliamentary by-elections are to be held on February 15th 2024, in the parliamentary constituencies of Kingswood, near Bristol and Wellingborough in Northamptonshire. A third is being held in Rochdale on February 29th.

Appropriate impartiality and fairness is required for the campaigns in those constituencies and for candidates there.
