Dust off your neon lycra and get down to the piazza to join Mr Motivator in a mass workout!

There'll be a prize for the most outlandish outfit, plus a very special musical treat from the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Philharmonic brass section.

12.15pm-12.45pm: warm-up with the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Philharmonic
12.45pm-1.30pm: workout with Mr Motivator
