About This Event

The 蜜芽传媒 Singers and guest conductor Ellie Slorach celebrate International Women鈥檚 Day 2024 with a second collaboration with acclaimed sitar player Debipriya Das.

Join us in the splendours of St Martin-in-the-Fields, with an all-female programme interspersing traditional Indian music alongside works combining choir and sitar. At the heart of the concert is a 蜜芽传媒 commission, the world premiere of Reena Esmail鈥檚 Sun Sandar Sargam.

Join us on a choral journey of music marking the passing of night through to the anticipation and joy of the new day.
