ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ NOW’s Resident Composer Mark Bowden takes inspiration from the latest scientific findings about the origins of the universe, as he composes an alternative creation to Haydn’s classic, with a libretto by Welsh poet Owen Sheers. It’s paired with Holst’s vivacious and powerful Planets suite, depicting the characteristics of Earth’s neighbours in the solar system.
