The Orgelb眉chlein Project is a major international composition project to complete J S Bach鈥檚 Orgelb眉chlein (Little Organ Book) and is curated by William Whitehead.
The manuscript of Orgelb眉chlein has 118 missing pieces, ghostly gaps with only the title penned by Bach. Each of these gaps has been filled by a new composition based on Bach鈥檚 intended melody.
As this landmark project draws to a close - seeing the completion of J S Bach鈥檚 Orgelb眉chlein by contemporary composers - Robert Quinney returns to conduct the 蜜芽传媒 Singers in a concert of music inspired by this project, with William Whitehead playing works from Das Orgelb眉chlein throughout the concert.
