The organisers of the Upton Folk Festival have said that it is one of the staples that secures Upton as a 'festival town'.​

The annual gathering has been going for more than 30 years and attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world. ​

The festival also features a carnival parade on the Sunday.

This four day festival, which blends a love of VW vehicles with live music, hosts 25 bands across three stages. This year marks a special milestone of ten years!​

Many of those who attend the event make a weekend of it and stay over in their iconic camper vans.​ In 2018, the organisers even got married at the festival!​

They won 'Best Grassroots Festival' at the UK Festival Awards in 2023, and are this year celebrating another achievement - their 10th anniversary!

Breaking Bands Festival brings the very best of the bands of the future into one place, to open up the festival season and show what they can do.​

Its usual offering is four days packed with live music from a variety of genres, including punk, metal and classic rock.​

The Hay Festival revealed their early bird lineup at the beginning of 2025 with musical acts such as Billy Ocean and West End icon Sir Tim Rice appearing at the spring event.

Hereford's Strictly Come Dancing Winner Chris Mcauslaland is set to make an appearance, as is household name Stacey Dooley and comedians Miranda Hart and Katherine Ryan.​

HowTheLightGetsIn proclaims itself as the world's largest music festival to combine philosophy and music.​

It promises performances from 'award-winning singer-songwriters, jazz, world music and up-and-coming DJs', plus 80+ events.​

The first wave of acts in the musical line-up features Zero 7, Molotov Jukebox, Baba Ali, Ruth Lyon and many more.

The Elgar Festival is a celebration of Worcester's most famous musical son set in his hometown and surroundings.​ ​With the organisers hailing 2025 as their most ambitious and inclusive festival yet, there will be plenty of activities, entertainment and exciting events at this year’s Elgar Festival. ​It includes classical and non-classical concerts, exhibits, talks, films and web streams.​

Festival Founder Andy Mapp sadly passed away in August 2024 and so the future of the festival is uncertain.

The line-up usually includes more than 20 local music artists and ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Introducing has hosted a stage here, too.

It usually offers a day of live music, food and fairground rides at Link Top Common, with proceeds going towards local charities.
