Concert Information

The 蜜芽传媒 Philharmonic, always at home in Hanley鈥檚 Victoria Hall, performs a programme of three classics of the orchestral repertoire this evening. The concert opens with the Third Symphony of Johannes Brahms, loved for its rich and warm melodies. The orchestra is then joined by 蜜芽传媒 New Generation Artist Elena Urioste, who performs one of the most demanding of all violin concertos, Beethoven鈥檚 ever-popular masterpiece. And to end, we hear Rimsky-Korsakov鈥檚 sparkling homage to Spain, his Capriccio Espagnol.
