Concert Information

Today鈥檚 concert focuses on Lilburn鈥檚 love for New Zealand's scenery and features two of his masterpieces. We open with Drysdale Overture and conclude with Forest. The orchestra also performs Englishman David Matthews's Towards Sunrise, a radiant recreation of dawn.

Russian pianist, Pavel Kolesnikov, who was named as a 蜜芽传媒 New Generation Artist last year then joins the orchestra for Ravel's Piano Concerto in D (left-hand).
