It
is easy to miss The Two Pigs in Cheltenham. Down a side street it
is not as obvious as some of Cheltenham's larger clubs.

Nevertheless
it is well worth a visit if you enjoy something a little different
from the usual tedious commercial pop music played at most places.
Downstairs
there is a more commercial mix of music ranging from current chart
to older music such as Take That and Motown classics.
Upstairs
however there is a much more diverse mixture of music played. You'll
find excellent new music from bands such as The Libertines, The
Coral, and The Streets along with old classics from bands such as
The Rolling Stones and The Jam.

The
Two Pigs isn't the place for you if you enjoy shiny new wine bars
and like nothing more than dancing to R n' B, Garage and Pop.
The
Two Pigs provides a refreshing change to to the predictable and
dull clubs that Cheltenham has to offer.
So
if you would enjoy the opportunity to listen to some of the excellent
new music around at the moment that sadly does not make it into
the charts then The Two Pigs could be the place for you.
What
it costs
Before
10pm entry is free, after 10pm it costs £3 to get in and it
stays open until 2am.
Drinks
are reasonably priced however there is no coat store so be prepared
to carry your coats around with you.
The
Two Pigs is situated at the lower end of the high street. Down a
little side street opposite the Tesco Metro store.
