The
names Hannah... Hannah Tunnicliffe and Guess what? I'm fresh
from watching the new Bond film Die Another Day!
This film, like all the others comprises of 99.9% of cheese!
As usual him and his counterparts manage to turn even the most
mundane of subjects into a sexual innuendo! It comprises of
the usual story line. James saving the world from destruction,
with a couple of hotties on the way to keep him amused. This
time though James is out for revenge after being captured and
slapped around for a decade or so, I can see why he's got his
back up a little.
We have several new gadgets from Q, including the new Aston
Martin. There's some superb special effects and car chases,
and plenty of explosions, shootings and carnage to satisfy all
Bond Fans. All the cast are great, Pierce Brosnan delights with
his cocky but heart melting style. The Bond Girls seemed to
satisfy the male audience, especially when Jinx (Halle Berry)
appeared in her bikini. They were all very aware of her talents!
Miranda Frost (Rosamund Pike), the classic case of Frost by
name, frost by nature, doesn't do a bad job either, she is all
peaches and cream and from what the lads have told me she is
a definite hit!
Toby Stephens plays the bad guy Gustav Graves and is absolutely
brill! He's not a chilling villain but very scheming. A perfect
candidate! Madonna make great job of the theme tune but wasn't
so great in the film, she wasn't looking her best, bless her!
I'd recommend you go and see it on the big screen. It's a great
film with all the action, humour and innuendo's you'd expect!
Get out the tux and Martini's, Bond is Back! |
