I am again running the London Marathon - my thirdÌý time in a row.

I have a championship place, so I don't need to collect for charity, however I always raise money for McMillan Nurses in Evesham.

Last year I came 39th overall and 10th in my age category.

However I am on course to run a better one this year and hope to set another personal best.

I am currently running 70 miles a week, including long runs between 20-25 miles and all is going well.
