Off to Exeter 1940

This Picture was taken of My Sister Mary and I ready to take Train to Exeter
We lived in Penge S. London not far from Crystal Palace. Born in 1933 I was 7. My Sister 5 and brother John 4 He was also sent to Exeter but our Mother stayed in London. We two girls stayed with one family for about 2 years. Later we returned but when the buzz bombs came I went to Yorkshire Kirk Burton.
