My memories of the 2nd World War are being evacuated to Wales for two years. When coming home to see my family, I can vaguely remember bombs being dropped locally and on Liverpool. From where I lived you could see Liverpool being bombed. My brother was an errand boy for the local A.R.P. who where based at Brackenwood Park.
