My Aunts, Mary and Linda, 1941.
This picture was contributed by Rosemary Ann Kerr (nee Erskine-Hardy).
My aunt, Linda Hibberd is on the right (her story can be found at A5135997). She died crossing a level crossing whilst working driving a lorry in the Womens Timbercore in Worksop. My other aunt, Mary, on the left, was a 'clippie' on the Barton buses and lived in the wooden caravan in the background, Manor Farm, Chilwell, Nottingham.
