When Bath was bombed 3 bombs dropped in a field and blew out our doors and windows. There were 2 families in the house as one had been bombed out. I was scared stiff!
This story was collected and submitted to the archive by a volunteer from Community Action Wyre Forest Volunteer Bureau at the SVR 1940s weekend on behalf of Mr Mayell. Mr Mayell full understands the site's terms and conditions.
