Geoff, the Despatch Rider, on his favourite machine, a Velocette.

This story was submitted to the People’s War web site by a volunteer on behalf of Geoff Peasgood and has been added to the site with his permission. He fully understands the site’s terms and conditions.

Geoff continued through France and into Germany as far as Berlin where he met up with the Russians.They were then pulled back as they were not meant to have gone so far asd the Russians had not yet taken Berlin.
