When my husband Tom came home on leave he had missed the last train from Hereford and decided to walk home to Ewyas Harold.
He walked all the way and arrived home in the early hours. Obviously I was asleep and he didn’t want to wake me so he decided to climb in through the window. I woke to find a strange man in my bedroom and nearly died of fright!
