Birmingham Blitz - Choppers No Good!

One night during the blitz on Birmingham the air raid sirens went, and people were rushing down the road to the communal shelter, when a woman said to her companion, "Oh dear; I shall have to go back - I've forgotten my teeth!"

Out of the darkness came a male voice - "Never mind your teeth, love; they're not dropping fish and chips!"
