I can remember going down to the air raid shelter and playing buses with my parents. The top bunk was upstairs of the bus and the bottom bunk down stairs.

I remember at Christmas not only having the apple and orange in our stocking but using the tissue around the orange as lovely toilet paper instead of newspaper.
