Evacuated to Sherborne at 12 when war broke out I suffered malnutrition and returned to London. Experienced the bombing and joined the regular army at age 17. Injured I was invilaided out of the Parachute Regiment and posted to the British Military Mission to Greece where I finished my time. There are many events in this period which may be of interest. No doubt you will ask if you want to know.
