I was sent down, by the Shipping pool then with orders to join the above ship at Middlesbrough Docks, And first to sign the Ships Articals, 27-4-44 Orders were,to turn to next day at 0400hrs to raise Steam, and getting the A Ship ready for sea, that afternoon, At the Shipping office another ship was signing a crew on, which was the same type of Ship, A liberty Ship and the same type of cargo, Ammunitions,
