when my mother was 12years old and her brother was 10 years old they were walking near boulevard avenue in grimsby.Out of nowhere came a german war plane right above them. The german warplane started to shoot at them as you would imagine they were very scared. With my mother being older she had the sense to pull her brother out of the way.She pulled him down an alley to safety. with luck they both survived. My uncle died a few years ago and my mother still lives in grimsby she is 74 years old.
