My father George Edward Farley was fatally wounded while on duty as an air raid warden on 24 Aug 1940. He is buried in the St Lawrence cemetery next to 6 or 7 unmarked graves of others killed inthe same raid. He had received medals for bravery in the 1st World War and sadly died when I was 6 months old. Does anyone have any memories of this raid? Valerie Gloor
