Well, when we were at sea for more than 12 hours we would get a lot of tinned fruit such as peaches. This was quite nice because nobody else had them. So our food was quite good in the Navy.
Ther food I had at school before I joined the Navy wasn't as nice.

Our uniform in the Navy it was quite fun it was very coarse for coarse. It was the bell bottom trousers and the usual Navy uniform.
