I enclose pictures of myself and my brother and sister from the second world war. We are pictured with Alan Langford an evacuee form London. We are enacting the heroic battles of the second world war and reliving the tales we heard from the markets and the wireless. We soon lost touch with alan and if at all possible we would like to post the photograph in the hope that it may trigger some memories. Bet still lives in Cannock, Walsall and I am now happily retired in Yorkshire, well as retired as I can be with two daughters and three grand-daughters.
