My father, Thomas Murray Plumb, joined the Lancastrian Fuseliers in 1939. I know he did his national service in Llanberis, near Snowdonia and that he was subsequently engaged at Malta and Monte Cassino. I would be grateful to hear from anyone who knew him or has any information about my father and/or the regiment. My father was a sergeant and he played football and boxed.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Caroline Plumb
