What I see with my naked eye
During the war ther was two airport in St mary in the marsh and on at New church.
When the german bomber came over the Spitfires and hurricanes used to go up to shot the bomber down.
On two occasions a german bomber droped a bomb at captain howers little railway and killed people and also droped bombs at popes hotel at littlesone on sea, it went in one side and came out the other. People were injured but none got killed and also a bomb got droped on Lydd church and also a German bomber came down at new church on the road.
Captian Rodrick Liride bout his Blenheim bomber back from a air —raid in Germany and only came back with Two engines short as he circled round New Romney over his mum’s house and when to the air field he was told off because he could of came down with only two engines.

God bless all of those who did their part in the war.
