I remember a treat ... at Highfield County Council School on Wright Street in Chorley, we used to get once or twice a year, cocoa powder.
I think it was from Canada. My mum used to make sweets with it. We used a national dried milk tin to collect it.
On one occasion, I dropped the tin and got in real trouble with my mum and dad.
