my father served on u123 under commander reinhard hardigaun from around 1942 to the time he was captured in the English Channel.As a POW he was sent to the Aberdeenshire area where he met my mother.The exploits of u123 are well documented in the series on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ programme The Battle of the Atlantic any feedback would be most welcome.Mr fred schorn.
