Morrison Family

The next brother was also in the Army before the outbreak of war. Again we did not know his whereabouts, but there was a picture in the Daily paper of British troops marching through a French town on their way to the front, and there he was. He was at Dunkirk, which would have been enough in itself, but later he was on the disastrous Dieppe raid, and then sent to Burma and was with the Chindits, serving in jungle warfare. He also survived the war, and emigrated to Australia where he died of cancer.
